Long Beach Island NJ Family Beach Portraits Best of 2019
Summertime brings families to Long Beach Island, and I am lucky enough to photograph them! Thank you to all who booked your 2019 beach family session. I had a blast shooting!
Posing is necessary to get the traditional family pictures, but candids are by far my favorite. Sessions usually take 45 minutes, and after all the different poses are finished, I typically tell families to just have fun. This is where the magic happens. Sometimes families get into the water, sometimes they want to chase birds, whatever it is I love capturing it.
The Barnegat Lighthouse makes for a great backdrop for portraits. I love it so much, I actually had my engagement session here! It’s my absolute favorite!
I also love capturing family portraits of just mom and dad, especially if the little ones need a break.
Large groups are always welcome! I typically start by shooting the extended family and break down immediate families. Posed portraits are first, and then walking/ candid pictures are next!
How beach portraits sessions work:
Fill out a contact form with your preferred date.
MCP will provide an email with a quote as well as a rain date included in the contract for you to sign.
You will be reminded via email with the date and time of your session, a week prior.
Sessions start an hour before sunset, unless agreed upon an earlier time.
You will receive your mobile gallery 2-3 weeks after your session.
